"Our room was clean. The bed very comfortable and the shower delightful. I loved the groovy wallpaper too. Staff interaction was minimal. A number of rooms are dedicated to people who travel with their dogs and there is no fee, which we greatly appreciated. The dog area is very small. We checked in early there were very few cars. But after 9pm the occupants of rooms next to us arrived, slamming car doors, trunks peeping, loud voices, etc. I don’t know what the hotel can do about that, but it was unpleasant. "

"The stay was okay but instead of getting a king bed ended up getting a full size bed and no towels in the bathroom and the TV remote didn't work and no channels worked I wish there was a way to get a free night because I stayed there the night before and the room was awesome but this one was nothing close I was going to make a complain but I was done for the night I just wanted to sleep so you think I deserve a free night after paying and not causing a scene "

"Firstly, we booked a room for 3 persons (1king and a pull out couch, as advertised on the website) but upon arrival were advised that “none of their rooms had pull outs” so we had to pay extra for double beds, even though I clearly showed him my reservation that stated there was a pullout. Our room keys kept deactivating causing us to go to the front desk to reactivate them 4 times during our 2 day stay. The smell of mold and mildew is overwhelming on the first floor with numerous ceiling panels missing, leading to fiber glass being exposed. They keep side doors “propped open” with rocks, awesome for your safety…and lastly, but definitely not least…they have cockroaches. But don’t dare ask for a different room or a refund because you’ll just be met with “it’s not their problem”. "

"Reserved a room with a mural, didnt get one. They pack in the guests, noisy. Someone took the parking spot right front of our room, lights lit up the room at 5am. Great oatmeal bar breakfast."
