Beautiful and quiet hotel with great service. The design and layout of the hotel is impressive. Our room had a lovely balcony to also enjoy a coffee with some fresh air outside. Wonderful aroma as soon as you arrive in the lobby and throughout the hotel. A fantastic stay where we felt very welcome for the duration. Thank you

Excellent small boutique hotel, fantastic service from very helpful and friendly staff. Perfect location on the lakeside, with a beautiful pool area. Great breakfast buffet and close to a number of great restaurants. Easy walk to get into the town.

We really enjoyed our 7 night stay because it gave us the option of walking into Tarquinia and its intimate restaraunts, pizzerias and gelatinas. Or we had the 10 min car drive down to the beach with its beach front cafes and strolls along the promenade. The hotel staff were exceptional, very polite and helpful, especially Daniel on reception! Rooms were imaculate (as was the rest of the hotel) and although our rooms were not huge they were more than adeqete. We had the pool to...

Superb fruit salad included in breakfast. AC setting could be set to very cool. Large comfortable rooms and great shower. Wonderful pizzeria below the hotel called Buongiorno Napoli - ate there twice. Easy drive to best parking on other side of town (just outside the wall) in 10 minutes. Meets the criteria to be awarded the various excellent ratings.

Excellent price/quality, very nice area, very kind staff, amazing restaurant

very nice hotel with a real spa pool and a surrounding park. no noise for two days. only relax. very nice room and quality restaurant on the pool side. a perfume if the history of thermalism in Viterbo. I did not use the indoor spa because I and my wife want to enjoy the nice weather after a bad winter

Property was absolutely perfect and so so beautiful. It was a converted convent which my history loving boyfriend absolutely adored! Every little thing that you could need was thought of, there was so many quiet places to sit and read a book and we enjoyed walking around and exploring the local town and meeting the local cats! Marta was a wonderful host and even helped us to arrange a taxi the next morning to take us to the port for our cruise. Absolutely wonderful find and I’m so pleased we...

I stayed for a whole week. The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast in provided on a self service base (mostly carbs and dairy), but there's a fridge should you want to have you own stuff (I had clearly labelled plastic boxes). Super clean. Room tidied every day. Free parking very close. I would use the place again.

great location and staff... thin walls

It is always a pleasure to stop in this family run hotel. Great service, friendly staff, lovely restaurant, nice rooms with big comfy beds and great walk in shower. Top marks as always- highly recommended. Grazie Mille
