"The hotel is unique because of its access to the monumental thermal pool, and the room was a good size and comfortable. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay. The staff were helpful when we asked them questions, but the site is large and quite complex to find your way around; more information provided at check-in would be good, or in the rooms. I think this would particularly help international visitors like ourselves who do not speak Italian. The restaurants were fine, although the lunchtime...

After I inquired about the town and a little of its history the man at the desk gave me the most wonderful run down about the Papal Palace and Italian history in general. "This Hotel was incredible..... Honestly it seemed to good to be true when we're first looking at it but it well surpassed our expectations. It was beautiful, the staff were welcoming and accommodating. We have been telling everyone we could to go to this hotel. Amazing, amazing, amazing."

"This hotel was wonderful. Our room and bathroom were a bit small, but we opened onto a balcony with a lovely view so we didn’t feel at all claustrophobic. The bed was extremely comfortable. Best of all was dinner in the main restaurant. Clearly a five star meal at a very reasonable price. Parking right in front of the hotel was a definite plus. "
