The staff at the front desk, breakfast bar, and rooftop bar were so helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay while we were in Tuscaloosa. The only thing I didn't like was the shampoo and conditioner that was provided.

First, the cons: our room had a funky unpleasant odor. We couldn't identify it, but with time we became acclimated to it, so it didn't bother us.
