"Didn’t even clean our room. Hair all over, stains on towels, piss on floor and bathtub. Crazy considering how much we paid for two night stay. 1k. Extremely disappointed. "

"The place is awful. Our room had a hole in the tub so it was not usable. There was food in the microwave and in the ice bucket. There was something spattered all over the a wall picture. It was gross. When I talked to the staff about the tub, they said they knew about it and thought it had been fixed. They had no other rooms. I wanted to talk to the manager, was told he was not available on weekends. For $585 it sucked."

"Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I did have an issue with billing. I thought I had booked a 3 night stay but apparently I had only booked 2 nights. After the 2nd night, we had been out most of the morning. When we returned, the person at the desk alerted us that we should have checked out by 11. She stated that she had tried to call us and was unsuccessful so she used our credit card on file to bill us another day. I was not told that the price would be higher and i did not receive a receipt. The next morning we checked out. Again, I was not given a receipt. It was only after I got home and received an email that I realized I was charged more than double what i originally paid for the room. Had I known this, I would have went elsewhere! I should have been told that there was a huge price increase."

"I went to Tuscaloosa to visit a loved one in the hospital. The room was clean & comfortable. The hotel was also clean & the staff were very friendly & helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others."
