"As a business owners, I dont leave bad reviews because usually a company at least tries. I have waited over 2 weeks to leave this review, however, to see if Evolve would refund me. They havent. The safety and cleanliness issues need no explanation if you look at the photos. This place was gross, smelly, and unsafe. It had improperly placed fire extinguishers, dirty cabinets, bad sheetrock and peeling up flooring, faulty wiring/ lights and an unphotographed bullet hole in a door. The fence that...

"Nice home centrally located on the island. Plenty of space and bright interiors. Easy to get to every place and attraction. We did the fort, aquarium, beaches, drove up to Mobile (45 minutes away) and just bummed around, it was a pleasant and quiet stay. Recommend bakery near by for pastry and coffee and the Pirate restaurant on the beach was ok even with picky eaters."

"Beautiful, peaceful property. Convenient and beautiful drive to city conveniences. Adequately equipped kitchen, fantastic communication with host. Beds were a bit hard, but that’s definitely a personal preference thing!:) Will stay again if we’re in the area! The cat was a wonderful bonus!!"

"Good accommodations overall but the driveway does need some attention. A load of gravel will make a world of difference. It was usable but very slow entering the property. Adequate for what we wanted it for. Would come back in the future "
