"Very friendly staff. The only thing is found that like other places floors are dirty. Was wearing white socks and it turned brown blackish. So be sure to bring slippers in or wear black socks. We are also requesting exfra pillows but staff said they would but nobody came. But overall, in my opinion its a nice tiny place to stay just for an overnight or passing through town. "

"This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property. We stayed here on our way out of California and on our return trip. The property is older and shows it’s age but is well kept and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. In particular, Caitlin, who checked us in upon arrival both times. I had waffles for breakfast because the eggs, bacon, and potatoes seemed undercooked on our last trip. Also of note was the wi-fi is spotty or unusable in the rain which was falling during both our visits. It does work fine when no rain is falling. Lastly, we showed a message waiting on the phone which was false. On out last visit the phone in the room didn’t work at all but did function this time with that misreporting. All in all this is a great place to stay if you are passing through Redding and are on a budget. It’s quiet and the beds are comfortable but there are no frills. I would stay here again."
