"Some of the rooms have no AC and Tunis is very hot. The staff got confused prepayment with hotels.com and they charged me 50 TND more because the room was extended prepaid but they dont see it."
"Great place to stay short walk to Downtown and Medina. Spotlessly clean and the room was cleaned every day and toiletries and towels refreshed . WiFi was good and 24h reception . Large rooms only a 10-15 minutes drive from the airport, close to the tram station supermarket next door , launderette and many other amenities on the same road. Very friendly staff honestly couldn't ask for more. "
