Breakfast was not included with this particular trip, was, the coffee at the coffee shop was amazing. The room was perfect. We had a great view of the river. Our stay was awesome. The bed was cozy and comfy. We will definitely visit again.

Fantastic place! Our go to hotel when we drive to Tulsa to watch the Tulsa symphony.! We stay there every time we drive there from the Joplin area. Will stay again in the future.

Room was somewhat dated…would have liked a small area outside for our dog, especially when paying an additional $75. Very friendly staff.
