Our room was dirty when we checked in. Bathroom floors were not cleaned and hair all over. Cabinets were not cleaned out and were filthy along with the fridge. Called 3 times for housekeeping to come up before we finally asked them to move us. Asked for a manger to call us 3 times and they never did. They gave us a credit but not enough for the aggravation. Furniture in rooms was outdated and lighting in bathroom was terrible.

The parking garage always has ample parking and located near the entrance to the hotel, the rooms are spotless. Just disappointed when I asked for a few extra pillows (hoping to get a softer one) they were going to charge me a lot. But I can’t complain since there are no resort fees, but I will bring my own pillow next time.
