Tuscon Trip

We had a very good experience at this hotel, we were there to see the Saguaro National Park and friends in Sierra Vista before we drove to Grand Canyon so this was perfectly positioned for us to get to all of these places without having to drive through town traffic. Service was excellent at the hotel. It was quiet, it was comfortable, it was clean, I felt safe and breakfast was good. Would definitely stay here again.

I liked how accessible the property is. I loved the service, and the staff were amazing. However, had I known that the renovations were in work during my stay, I would have booked somewhere else. That information should have been available on Expedia so customers can make informed choices. Also, the renovation is more of a remodel. Mostly cosmetic upgrades and updates. The bathroom light and fan are still on the same switch instead of separate switches, and the fan is like having a little jet engine whining above your head while sitting on the toilet. It's 2025, and still no smart tv or shower wand. If those doesn't bother you, then you'll probably be alright.

The room was clean, albeit with a bit wear and tear. The staff were friendly. My main issue was with security. Someone attempted to open a rack that was fixed on out truck and we found they cut the straps and tried to pry into the rack. We approached the staff who did not attempt to either find video of the event as well as did not call us when the manager returned to the desk. There are alot of vaxant lots nearby where homeless live. Would reccommend staying somewhere else if you are travelling with valuables until the hotel can get their security issue figured out.

When we arrived yo the hotel we were sent to a room that was not ready and they quickly gave us a clean room. The hotel was great the only thing I noticed was it needed a little vacuuming in the hallways. Other than that we were satisfied with our room.
