Fantastic apartment alternative to hotels NW TUS
First, I want to be clear that we would totally stay here again. Positives: *The unit is clean and bright. *Furniture is clean and comfortable. *Appliances all in great condition, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook for ourselves instead of getting take out or eating in restaurants for all our meals. *great location (for us) *Clean and comfortable patio furniture (we spent a lot of time in joying the shady warmth) *Owners were communicative via text message ahead of our arrival and during our stay, check in was really smooth. Areas for improvement: *The overall property is pretty run down - dingy halls, no landscaping, etc. not really something the unit owner can fix, but guests should be aware of. The unit is much nicer. *The shower works just fine but the finish is cracking and peeling - aesthetically in need of updating *Kitchen sink faucet is loose/wobbly *Could use an outdoor light on the patio for evenings
