Was a little disappointed with the condition of the Hot tub and pool area. Hot Tub was dirty and colder than the pool and with only 4 chairs around the pool area it was hard to find any seating. Staff was extremely friendly and professional and everyone at the 19th hole was very friendly and fun.

ordered the same breakfast kitchen staff Sunday did a better job than Saturday morning each time I visited the front desk I had to ring for attention usually there's always some one at the desk at all my other hotel visits

It was a good place to stay. Bed was not too bad. It was clean and a nice size. The restaurant in the hotel was descent. Breakfast was good. Parking was great.

Well situated for a trip to Madera Canyon. Property needs some attention in terms of cleanliness including roaches (multiple) in bathroom, stains on carpet, damaged door threshold & desk chair, light fixtures.

The hotel seems really worn and need of refurbishment. The restaurant and bar had a bad smell. It seems to be a problem with the "grease trap" in the kitchen that caused a bad experience.

We liked the option of breakfasts, which were very good and the staff was super friendly and efficient. The only problem that we had with that was that we had to be downstairs by 9;30 a.m., when you serve breakfast until 11 or noon on Saturdays. We were there a week and like to have a leisurely morning when we travel. There seemed to be some disagreement that we could stretch those times. Otherwise, our stay was great.

We got to room, husband too shower.. almost fell in the shower. I got us settled in the room. Toilet had yo be flushed sevetal times to vlear waste. I locked top lock... screws came out and the door frame along the side of the lock bowed out at least 4 inches. Would not stay there. When taking our stuff out...11 pm... there were 2 cars with people inside... just sitting there with vehicles running. Creepy feeling.

The room was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was a a bit noisy, and it was hard to use our breakfast voucher one day because it was crowded with non-guests. But I understand that it is not run by the hotel, so that is understandable.

Came to visit from out of state. I am originally from the area. Our stay was pretty good. The front desk staff was very nice. I would say the only thing that I would have to complain about is the restaurant where they do breakfast. We had a great experience the first morning. The second morning not so much. The server brought drinks to our table and never came back. I think she was overwhelmed by the amount of tables and couldn't handle it. We had places to be. So we left. Our last morning was great. Overall thought we still enjoyed ourselves. Very quiet area and did not have any problems.

The Property was dated. Hallway carpets dirty and there was an odd smell. The toilet quit working, and a piece of the wooden mirror frame fell off the wall in the middle of the night. The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool/hot tub area was nice. The breakfast included was outstanding.

Property overall looks tired and needs updated. The hallways upstairs are dark, smell and need a deep clean. Service at front desk was slow and hard to get help. Front desk person not super friendly and appeared put out to have to come and take care of customers. The breakfast area was nice and a step up from a continental breakfast with table service.
