We stayed here because it’s a good price for the size of the room. 2 doubles and a pull out hide-a-bed for 4 adults. It’s dated, but clean and we like the larger room configuration because we stay a while in Tucson visiting family. 1 elevator was not working, only 1 ice machine was available, and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Palm trees are a pretty touch. My spouse and I tried out the peloton in the gym. The tub/toilet room was tiny, had to fold my body down to use the toilet, not sure what was going on there, but it’s fine.

There was a leftover men’s deodorant from previous occupants and a crown royal lid to a bottle left under couch . Also had to call front desk at midnight to send security to occupants staying above me to quiet down . You could hear several people and music going on .in other words a party. Nothing was done it only got louder till 3-4am would not recommend . Also requested a noon check out for the reason stated above since I couldn’t sleep and they were not willing to accommodate since apparently they said they were not the night crew that handled the situation

What I did not like about the property is the pictures are very deceiving in the advertisement. The property was really kind of rundown it wasn't very nice the bathrooms were way too small. I also saw latex gloves on the ground and somebody had puked in the swimming pool when I went out to swim in it. The staff was great but the property itself could use an overhaul. I was really disappointed in the layout. Especially the bathrooms the bathrooms could be a bit bigger. And one of the elevators was broken down. And I did not like being put on the third floor all the way in the back because I had a lot of luggage.

Very disappointed. Desk clerk said that because we booked through Expedia that we weren’t entitled to the free breakfast. Even though Expedia said it was included. We were on a 9 day road trip and booked all of our rooms through Expedia and ALL included breakfast.

Extremely outdated. Run down. Check in woman was not nice or friendly. Room was in rough shape. I wouldn't recommend or stay there again unless they do some serious updates.

Very pleased with the one night stay I had. Comfortable, quiet, very neat set up where the room doors are. Makes me feel like I’m in a Spanish villa. Ohh, and the restaurant Finnigans. Fantastic! The service, the food, the drinks. It was all awesome. I highly recommend and I would come here again.

The outside of the property is gorgeous, however, the room we stayed in was really run down. Getting hot water was almost impossible due to the poor condition of the shower faucet. Wallpaper peeling, furniture chipped, etc. However, the room was very, very clean and the bed was comfortable. Also, 5 minutes from the airport!

The rooms are old. Walls are yellow, looks like wallpaper is bubbling. Old phones. Remote to tvs did not work. Appears to be mold in bathroom. . Will not be staying again.

Very dated hotel rooms. Bathroom smells like wet towels. You cannot control your own temperature in room. This place has a lot of potential as the courtyard is very nice but limited seating. People in pool area had to lie on ground. Old towels. Needed renovations and repairs about 15 years ago. I dont recomend going here. At least the staff was professional and nice enough

Asked for a late check out and confirmed that we could check out at 1pm. The next day the told us “nobody said that” and we were told to leave right on the spot or we would be charged a fee!! Also advised upon check who the young woman at the desk who was the only honest person we encountered advised of breakfast times as it was included in our stay. Went to breakfast and advised we did not have breakfast included. The young woman with the red hair and fair completion was amazing!!!! I am just disappointed that the other woman who was very rude. The restaurant staff and service was amazing!! The only down fall was being lied to about breakfast not being included and our late check out when we specifically asked for one and confirmed with a nice gentleman at the front desk. Sadly I do not think we will be staying here again. Unless we can only deal with the nice young woman who checked us in upon our arrival. She was absolutely amazing.

The staff is amazing and friendly. Love the warm cookies they have stored at the desk. Yum. Room was nice and clean. However somewhat dated and somethings were done in a fix quick fashion, will fix better later. The area around the property is very lovely. Loved the fountain in the courtyard. Right next to the airport. super convenient.

Don’t get your Hopes up to much
Room and Furniture were a bit dated, I would not recommend walking bare feet in the Room .. The Kitchen area.. Cabinet door to the refrigerator was broken .. The environment system “AC / Heat “ is controlled by the Hotel not you as the guest .. it was 60F at night .. room was close to 80F , because the Hotel has “HEAT ONLY “ selected… had the leave the windows open , but it’s a little noisy at times being right next to the airport and parking lot for the Hotel … The Bed was Ok not great .. Strangely the sink in the Bedroom had great Hot water , the But Shower / Tub not so much .. Very small shower area as well , jammed in with the toilet together .. if u wanted to close the door for privacy you had to kinda put one foot into the shower tub to do so .. Over all kinda disappointed esp for a double tree at $160 p/n and this was an Upgraded Suite also .. We stayed 2 nights The staff was very nice, I called about the AC / Heat , they offered a Fan .. which I declined.. I ended up just turning the OFF the AC/Heat unit .. Parking was a little tight especially if you get in late .. Best part is you are 2min away to catching your flight out .. so you can get an extra 30min of sleep before you go…

The grounds were well kept liked the concept of suit like rooms with double door entry however the room it self needs updates things like sofa, chair and even bed sheets most cabinet doors around the sink area were broken and overall room conditions old

Hot room with impractical fridge a beautiful motel
The moment you walk in, it feels like a luxury property. With the stairs, balconies, palm trees and pools, it just looks beautiful. Until you try to use the kitchenette. The fridge and microwave are hidden in corners behind doors that you have to open to get to them. These doors are in each other's way, but worse, there are drawers that fall open and block the way of the drawers. The fridge froze all food even in a low setting. And your only option to cool the room is to open the main door for the public to look and walk in. There was a sliding door with a tiny balcony, but it did not open. And the climate control only allows you to heat at night, but not to cool. So we were hot while it was 40 F outside.

Wonderful, quiet stay!
The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The property was very quiet and the room was comfortable. The rooms are a dated and a little run down but still nice and very clean. Will stay here again.

The staff is what made this hotel shine! I received a very friendly, warm greeting from the front desk upon checking-in. My room was cleaned very well while I was away. The room itself is large! I had a separate living room with hideaway bed and the bedroom was large. The door is open to the courtyard but the courtyard is secure. It felt like an older hotel community but as I said, the staff made the stay worth it!

Bathroom to small, ur nearly rubbing against the toilet paper rolls while sitting on toilet. Tub would drain very slow causing u to stand in water while showering.

Too many problems
I have stayed at this hotel several times but this time it was not good. There were so many problems and repairs needed in my room I gave the front desk a written list and the WiFi barely worked which is important for business travelers. The staff didn't seem to care. "I'm sorry, how can we make your stay better" would have helped. The hotel seems to.decline every year so this was my last stay at this hotel.
