"We arrived at Grand View after having a bad experience at another place. What a difference we had here. The lady on reception (Sophia I think) was so welcoming and informative. We booked some activities with her. She had info about the island, beaches, places to eat and then got staff to show us to our room and take our luggage. The room was amazing. Spotless and spacious. The views were incredible and the balcony was a perfect finishing touch. We spent 3 nights in the lux suite and 3 nights in the honeymoon suite. Both were amazing so I'd recommend either. The staff were always on hand and couldn't do enough; from front desk, to cleaners, restaurant staff and maintenance. I didn't get the guys name who runs the pool bar and restaurant but he is an asset to the hotel. One of the best experiences of customer care, hospitality and their amazing use of the property they have. If I come back to Santorini, this is where I am staying. Take my advice and book here."

"We enjoyed our stay and the staff was amazing. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating, and had great suggestions on things to do in the area. Our flight arrived very early and the resort provided transportation and a complementary breakfast while we were waiting for the room to be ready. From the moment we stepped onto the property the staff made us feel comfortable and welcome. We traveled as a family, and the two bedroom villas were nice and spacious – plenty of room for a family of five. This resort is definitely outside of town, so figuring out transportation is a must- which the staff will help with if needed."

"This was the best hotel experience I ever had. We had the Artimes Villa. It was so beautiful, clean, and spacious. The view of the sea were breathtaking. The personal pool and hot tub were the highlight. The breakfast brought to us every morning by Bobby was always plenty and delicious. The staff cleaned inside and outside our villa every morning.The staff was remarkable. Nico took such great care of us. Always making sure we had things to do, arranged drivers, and excursions. I look forward to coming back."

"Book this property! I promise it will exceed your expectations. This place made our trip truly memorable from start to finish. The staff was absolutely amazing — warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a wonderful stay. Upon arrival, they immediately greeted us, took our bags to our room, and made sure we felt completely settled in. During check-in, they thoughtfully asked about any food allergies to note on our account. As someone with Celiac disease, this meant so much to me. I had zero issues with the food on site — the servers and bartenders were already informed of my gluten allergy and remembered it every time we visited a restaurant. That level of care and attention was truly exceptional. The facilities were stunning and beautifully maintained. The entire property truly felt like a luxury resort. We were given a golf cart tour upon arrival, where staff showed us the spa, on-site restaurants, gym, and the various pools. It was the perfect introduction and made navigating the property so easy. While Kamari may not be considered the most glamorous side of the island, we actually loved how quiet and secluded it felt. After visiting some of the surrounding cities, which were much busier and had hotel rooms backing directly onto the main tourist paths, we were especially grateful for the peaceful atmosphere here. Staying on this side gave us the perfect, easy access to explore, but a relaxing retreat to return to each day. Would 100% stay again!! "
