"The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the alarms kept sounding all hours of the day and night from the business next door (Wong). Also, I asked the hotel management to repair the non-working lockbox in my room, but they never did. The room lacked a number of amenities like coffee maker, ice bucket, microwave, and iron and ironing board."

"Friendly but staff did not speak english. But location is fantastic, perfect! However if you are a light sleeper it will be a bad choice for you because you can hear everything absolutely everything outside and neighbors. A poor guy was really stomach sick first night and we felt really sorry for him, it was like he was in our toilet."

"Arrived at 5:30 on bus. Went to hotel. Had to wait until 7:30 because the electric ring didn't work. On top of that one of the electric rings fell out of place and I had to pay money to fix it. How is all of this my fault? I simply arrive to the hotel to check in and that is all. How am I responsible for the rest? In addition, since I arrived to the hotel too early I had to pay an extra of 30 soles. I was also called a problematic person. The hotel has the check in at 11 and the checkout at 12....
