"Dirtiest room I've ever stayed at. Ever. And I've stayed at over a thousand. Blood spots on pillowcase, light switches I had to wash myself, stains & drips on many walls and furniture pieces, filthy floor (had to keep my shoes on). Lightbulb had to be fetched from the front desk, tv remote didn't work, pool was a cesspool, I could go on. Do yourself a favor - don't even think of staying here"

I am a god fearing woman and I love everybody but I also am in customer service and that is not what I would expect from a fellow customer service employee."

"Our stay at Holiday Inn was unfortunately disappointing from start to finish. Upon check-in, we were unable to access our assigned room because the door lock battery was dead. After notifying housekeeping, we waited in the lobby with all of our luggage for about 20 minutes before being reassigned to another room. During our stay, we experienced persistent noise issues—from the elevator, ice machine, and guests upstairs who seemed active throughout the night. This ultimately led us to check out earlier than planned after three nights. The room itself was also understocked, with only two washcloths and a single hand towel provided. Having traveled extensively, particularly in military towns, this level of inconsistency is disappointing and, unfortunately, feels familiar. It’s disheartening, as this is a brand I remember fondly from childhood and expected better from in terms of overall property upkeep and guest experience. The only positive note: my husband did enjoy the coffee. Overall, not the experience we had hoped for."

"Room was clean, just old, chair was badly stained, tv remote hard to use & breakfast was very poor, apples were the only fresh thing. Waffles, sugary breakfast cereal, barely any coffee…that was it! Places around easy to get to for food, some within walking distance."
