"Where do I start, for $256 a night, I expected a nice place to stay with my family. Instead it wasn't super clean, the front desk person was ok but when I needed something he came from the back looking high and smelling like weed. At 930pm there were kids screaming, running up and down the halls and slamming doors for 30 mins. It was a nightmare."

"The hotel was beautiful! Our room was very clean and comfy. The pool was nice and warm with plenty of comfortable seating all around the pool. There were even towels already by the pool for the guests. The breakfast was Buffett style with many, many options and the food was hot. Multiple drink and coffee options. The best part was that the hotel provided dinner and cocktails too with the cost of your stay! The staff were super friendly and very accommodating. I highly recommend the Drury Hotel!!! We will stay again! "

"Air purifiers in the room and hallway did their best to neutralize the mildew in the room AC unit. If you have sinus or respiratory challenges, I do not recommend. Towels thread bare. I would call breakfast 'humble' The staff was nice and bath was clean. Bed OK and close to the highway without the highway noise. The air quality in the room was our biggest concern and we realize there isn't much more you could do to mediate but they tried."

"Hotel is in poor condition. Rooms are dirty, worn out and is serious need of updating. I wiped something I dropped off the floor and my paper towel was black. Wanted to use gym but all equipment was extremely dirty and covered in Sweat and missing equipment. Would not stay here again. "

"Room price was higher than deserved. Hotel is newer and room was big. Happy that breakfast was included with many options. Breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful. Food quality 8/10 only because it is processed. Big negative for location is that the room was not cleaned properly. All surfaces in room were not wiped of food droppings, spilled coffee, fingerprints and toothpaste spit on bathroom faucet. The carpet was not vacuumed of cut toenails. Yuck."

"We waited at the check in desk for upwards of 15 min. We rang the bell and yelled for assistance. Finally an associate came. We found a dead cockroach in the morning and as we were leaving my husband saw one climbing up the dresser. We did not have hot water for showers. When I reported this the associate looked at me confused. DO NOT STAY HERE "

"Toilet didn’t flush correctly. Floor was sticky. Live Roach in bathroom. Pool was out of order. Elevator extremely slow. "
