"The staff was wonderful. The room was equally terrible. We have stayed at this Microtel many times in the past. It was not fancy, but clean and in good repair with helpful staff. This time only 2 lights in the room worked, none in the bathroom. The mirror and headboard of the bed were damaged. The shower rod was falling down causing the partially shredded shower curtain to hang only in the middle. The morning we were leaving, the toilet clogged. The Tv did not work. We will not be staying there ever again. "

Had such a great experience we booked again when we made the trip back up 2 weeks later and it was still a phenomenal experience for a hotel! If I plan on driving again will 100% be coming back to stay. "

"The room was clean, but it was tiny and loud. The air conditioner was loud. The traffic outside was loud. The plumbing was loud. The toilet randomly filled (loudly) during the night, and we could hear the plumbing in the room next door. The bed was creaky. About the best I can say is it was clean."
