"The check in times are incorrect. I arrived tired at 11pm for a long overnight layover. When I attempted to check in around midnight( as per
The check in instructions) I was told check in was at 3pm. They were also overbooked and had a lady before me With a similar problem. I waited for a couple Hours to be able to speak to the front desk attendant to check in. The front desk attendant was kind enough to let me stay for literally only two hours and then I had to leave. The beds were comfy and...

10/10 Excellent
A really lovely hotel, perhaps the best in Santa Cruz. Very comfortable bed, amazing attention to details in the room and in the reception area.
The only bad things were... there were ants. Basically don't leave any food out- they seemed to come from nowhere. Luckily they dispersed a while after the food was removed.
The other thing was the WiFi is pretty week downstairs. Which is a shame because it's such a nice space to be in to work rather than alone in your room.
