Modern hotel. Its location is convenient for everything right on the harbour front. Breakfast was excellent.

The hotel is in an excellant location and right on the harbour within walking distance of most attractions. Buses stop nearby and the airport express stops right outside. Breakfast was well stocked and had hot and cold food. Room was cleaned at your request and you only had to ask if you needed anything. Myself and my grandson had a lovely stay

Hotel is right in the ceentre of town, location is great, we enjoyed our stay, and there was nothing negative about the hotel at all

This is the NICEST hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I have stayed twice. The staff are amazing the breakfast plentiful with an evening meal as well. Right in the centre of town. Just a perfect place.

Clean comfortable room, with friendly staff

Amazing Cabin! Be very careful when booking, the economy cabins and possibly other ones DO NOT HAVE A TOILET/SHOWER. You get a key and you can go shower and use the toilet in the common space. It was actually pretty fun in the end, and we saw the Northern lights walking back from the bathroom one time, but just be aware.

The hotel was warm and welcoming from the start. We had a standard room that was perfect. The hotel provide towels, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel along with hand wash and hand cream. The breakfast buffet it out of this world with all you could want. The complimentary hot drink and cake in the afternoon is a welcome touch and the evening meal was great too (saves you a fortune eating out). I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

WE BOOKED LAST MINUTE SO WASNT EXPECTING A GREAT DEAL. bUT WE WERE GIVEN AN APARTMENT AND IT CAME WITH EVERYTHING ( EVEN THOUGH WE DIDNT NEED) WASHING MACHINE, DISHWASHER KETTLE ETC. fULLY KITTED OUT YOU COULD STA A WEEK EASY. THE ROOM WAS BIG ( LOUNGE) ALLTHOUGH WE USED IT AS A BEDROOM AS 3 OF US WERE THERE. tHE BEDROOM PLANTY OF CUPBOARD SPACE AS WELL AS A HANGER SET IN LOUNGE. ONLY VERY SMALL POINT - CURTAINS ARE TIN AND DURING SUMMER AND BRIGHT NIGHTS (24 HOUR DAYLEGHT) THEY DONT WORK. bUT...

Hotel was 5 minutes walking distance to all Tromso attractions. Staff very helpful and condition of hotel was excellent. Room was big enough for what we wanted and bathroom was great - shower always had very hot water which is what we needed after being out in the cold. The bathroom floor was heated so any water from flush floor shower dried quickly and heated floor was great for thawing out your toes after a day out in sub zero temperature. Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The place was very clean, quiet, and incredibly comfortable—definitely better than a hotel. It’s within easy walking distance of everything, and it made our holiday in Norway one of the best we've ever had. We highly recommend pre-booking your stay and asking for a sea view, as these options aren't available on some booking sites like Expedia, but can be arranged separately. We used the Get Your Guide app to book tours, and it made the trip even more amazing....

The room was ideal for a short stay. The staff accommodating and the food ample. The lift was broken requiring quite a climb to the top floor but it was actively being repaired during our stay.

Perfekt breakfast, clean hotel,

The place was very cozy and it was located in the city centre so we didn’t have to walk too long or travel to get to the pick up points. Staffs are very accommodating as well, the receptionist when we checked in even helped us with our luggages! The ambiance was very nice that we would love to extend our stay there and just chill out!

We arrived late but informed reception , had a very quick response to my email saying no problem they would stay open till 12 to wait for us . On arrival the lady on reception was very helpful and check in was quick and easy . Left our luggage in the room and walked to the Spar shop just down the road to pick up some supplies , the shop is very well stocked and although more costly than our local shop it did not break the bank . I would guess in the Five days we were in Tromso we spent around...
