This is the first time this has ever happened checking in and being asked if I have the sheets and it will be 12 eruo for each bed and to top it off I had to clean it myself or pay them to clean my room. "Basic French mountain accommodation. Good set up with friendly helpful staff. Avoriaz is pretty cool, loads of amenities. Stayed here for summer MTB, would probably stay again. Little bit tired in apartment but that’s standard unless you’re paying top end."

"Dark and depressing, everything is brown, very little natural light, clean but very tired and very basic. This is not a Hotel, you have to make your own beds, staff unhelpful when we needed to move rooms because of the barking dog next door …. we asked if they could help move the linen and were told by them that that wasn’t there job why should they do it??? Maybe a misunderstanding as i thought we were booking a hotel room this feels more like a hostel ….. "
