"Charming, family run hotel in a quiet section of Plauen, close to the city center. Breakfast included and really good. Staff helpful. Owner kind enough to sell me a beer even though restaurant had closed. She found me a charger for my IPad, Room was small but comfortable, clean and priced well. Book early, this hotel is popular and fills up fast."

"Wir waren in einem Kurzurlaub in Plauen. Das Personal war sehr nett und das Essen gut. Für unser Baby war ein Babybett bereitgestellt, allerdings war das Hotel an vielen Stellen nicht barrierefrei. Wir mussten den Kinderwagen über einzelne Stufen tragen und eine Rampe gab es nur am Hintereingang, der aus Sicherheitsgründen nur von innen aufging. Wir mussten also häufig warten, bis mal jemand vorbei kam, um uns aufzumachen. In den Spielraum für Kinder haben wir nur einen kurzen Blick geworfen,...

"We stayed one night while travelling home. The hotel was very nice and clean. The only problem we had was it was very hot and we couldn’t turn the heating off. Would recommend this hot as the setting is beautiful and the surrounding are very quiet. "

"The spa, gym, and lake views are excellent. The hotel has a very 90's feel and no room service (this was a bummer as we had a lake view room and wanted to stay in and relax). The beirgarten by the water has excellent food, although it closes at 930pm (as does the only restaurant on site (a buffet). The place was comfortable for 1 dayx the lake location and sauna were exactly what we wanted"

Überhaupt scheint das Softwaresystem des Hotels nicht sehr robust zu sein. Der digitale Check-in funktionierte halbwegs, jedoch gab es beim Check-out eine Fehlfunktion. "The checkin was really unprofessional, nothing was prepared, all data had to be filled out again on paper, the staff was absolutely not welcoming. They did not even inform me about a 25 EUR early checkin fee upfront. They gave me a room right above the smoking area. It smelled and was noisy. At the checkout they claimed I had breakfast. Never did and never ordered it. The front desk staff was not welcoming or friendly at all. Not what I expected at this house. Poor!"
