The checkin was really unprofessional, nothing was prepared, all data had to be filled out again on paper, the staff was absolutely not welcoming. They did not even inform me about a 25 EUR early checkin fee upfront. They gave me a room right above the smoking area. It smelled and was noisy. At the checkout they claimed I had breakfast. Never did and never ordered it. The front desk staff was not welcoming or friendly at all. Not what I expected at this house. Poor!

Lysande ennattshotell för folk på genomresa. Glest med folk en söndagskväll gjorde att vi blev uppgraderade och fick en svit. Ein deutlich in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, welches vorrangig zur Unterbringung der Arbeiter des örtlich ansässigen Logistikunternehmens genutzt wird. Dementsprechend die Geräuschentwicklung im Innenhof, in den Fluren und auf beim Frühstück. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt gar nicht.

Vi havde booket et familie værelse med plads til 4 vi ankommer og får så et værelse med en dobbeltseng seng og en rejseseng. Der var ikke plads til 4. Hotellet var ikke opdateret og virket som om det mangle en kærlig hånd. Det var dog rent. Men rengøring havde sov glemt at tjekke køleskabet der lå mad fra tidligere gæster

Die Zimmer waren nicht gereinigt. Reste des vorherigen Gastes waren in der Toilette zu sehen, Haare an den Fliesen und auf der Matratze. Die Dusche war nicht richtig gereinigt, sowie die Fronten der Schränke und der Boden. Kein Verantwortlicher im Haus - Manager in Duty gibt es wohl, der war aber nicht da. Den Frust muss das Personal aushalten. Das Zimmer wurde trotz „Nicht-Stören-Schild“ betreten, das Bett wurde gemacht, aber die Reklamierten Punkte nicht gereinigt.

Ich fand das Zimmer nicht sonderlich sauber. Haare auf dem Fussboden und im Bett, die nicht die eigenen sind. Schade, dass man kein sauberes Glas nach Benutzung bekommt. Das Frühstück ist 0-8-15. Wenn ich nochmal buche, dann nur ohne Frühstück. Unter 4 Sterne verstehe ich was anderes. Ich bin selbst in Gera geboren und habe das Gefühl, dass all die Jahre in dem Hotel nicht gemacht wurde. Zeit ist da wohl stehengeblieben. Sehr schade finde ich das.
