"The condition of the overall hotel is deplorable. The people working the bar didn’t know how to make very simple and common drinks. The breakfast buffet was poorly presented and not very appealing. Jacob at the front desk was very personable. The tv remote needs new batteries and the system for selecting a channel is very confusing. "

"Friendly staff. Only issue was that we couldn't check in early so i could get dressed for my tournament. The older lady was kinda rude bout it. She said the room would've be ready for a couple more hours & there would be a $30 charge for checking in early. Which wasn't a problem. But she insisted that the room wouldn't be ready for up to 2 hours. So i couldn't check in early. Other than that everyone else was nice & helpful. Breakfast was great. Room was great. We were impressed. "

"Room was nice, bed really comfortable. Hot shower! Pool and hot tub are nice…lots of chairs. Breakfast was good, but the same thing the two times we went down and there was no butter or cream cheese for the toast or bagels. The waffles are awesome!! "

"Staff received us with warm welcome when we arrived. Room was very clean. On day 2, our room got cleaned, bed made with clean sheets. Staff, breakfast all were great. "

"Staff was kind and helpful, daily included breakfast was great and much appreciated as were the coin operated laundry machines. The pool and hot tub were nice to have but not clean - I fished out multiple clumps of hair in the pool and the water color and smell in the hot tub honestly made us think someone had urinated in it. The carpet in our room was straight up not clean - visible dirt/crumbs throughout. "

"We were here for a soccer tournament and chose the hotel for the pool and hot tub. Hot tub was broken and the pool was ice cold. Major disappointment. For whatever reason our keys could not stay magnetized. We got locked out of our room six times. I watched this happen to other families too who would sit on the floor in the hallway while one of their family members would go downstairs to get a new key. It also felt kind of odd that the front desk staff seem so unconcerned about the fact that we had to go down and get new keys so many times. It must happen a lot. I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, but I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to other families."
