Room was neat and clean. Breakfast was very good. Staff also did a very good job. Met the basic needs for most travels. But it just wasn’t anything special. I would stay there again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a solid place to stay.

Everything was nice and clean, the WiFi worked well, and there were lots of channels to choose from on the tv. The breakfast had a nice selection of items hot and cold, but what I really enjoyed was the Seattle’s Best Coffee.

The Comfort Inn on Quinalt in Kennewick has a friendly cheerful staff. The bed in my was comfy and cozy. I had a king suite which had a large sitting area with comfortably couch sleeper and two wide comfy chairs. The location is perfect to go anywhere from and being behind Col Ctr Mall there is plenty of shops and restaurants also within walking distance.

Off the bat, the receptionist was rude and dishonest about restroom facility on first floor, even though we were prepaid guests. Housekeeping only for more than 3 day stay ( unless you make prior arrangements). One bath towel for three days. Yuk! Covid is done. Why not clean daily like the "old days". Price is good, but stay is not. Find a different hotel.

Staff is very helpful and nice. Room and hotel clean. Would have given a 5-star rating across the board, but my husband and I did not sleep well in Rm 131 because both queen beds were the lumpiest mattresses we’ve ever slept on.

The front desk person, Kayla was OUTSTANDING. The cleaning staff was running a little behind schedule and Kayla was honest with us at check in, as we were 30 minutes early. Kayla was super helpful recommending places to eat. She was super positive when interacting with us and totally made us feel welcome. Great job Kayla, a real asset to their staff!
