When you enter the elegant lobby, you’re welcomed by a warm, festive atmosphere. A Christmas tree and letter box to Santa awaits the guests. To our delight, there was a daily harp performance to accompany us at breakfast. The skillful performer played a blend of holiday melodies and many classical pieces, creating an ambiance that felt both celebratory and refined. Breakfast was always unhurried and the hotel plans for fresh fruits, breads, and various breakfast options. The cappuccino was excellent and always topped off with foam art. Every detail at the Baglioni feels intentional, from the Italian linens to the attentive staff who make you feel welcomed and cared for. The rooms are very well appointed—spacious and thoughtfully designed and provide a serene retreat from Rome’s high energy.
