"Parking was safe. Room was clean but water on the bathroom floor. Staff were polite. On the purchase of Room, I also purchased breakfast but wasn’t given a ticket and they were trying to make me pay for breakfast again that morning so make sure you get your ticket. "

"Room did not have properly working air conditioning, brought to the front desks attention. They sent an engineer who did absolutely nothing. AC ran all day long with lights off and curtains closed but still would not cool down"

"The place was really clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The only thing that was disappointing was the rooms didn’t have ice buckets in the remotes did not work to the TV. oh, and to mention, it wasn’t a really good location! Secluded but close to everything"

"For the cost, (+ $800 for 2 nights) the cleanliness and overall room condition was subpar. The shower wasn't cleaned liked expected, the pendant light was extremely dusty. The general room repairs looked as if the were repaired by an inexperienced handyman. We really expected a little more personalized experience from a Hyatt Property, especially for the cost. Realistically not worth it..."
