"Location is perfect jumping off point for excursions. We did the catamaran tour to pitons, mud baths and waterfall organized by the hotel and it was all great. The hotel location and setting is stunning. The staff were very helpful. The rooms are large but the kitchen is tiny and not very usable if you intend to cook. "

"My wife and I had a really enjoyable stay overall. The room was excellent, very clean, well maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff truly stood out, warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The food was a bit mixed. The three included restaurants were just okay overall, but Hurricane Hole was our favorite and consistently delivered the best meals. The steakhouse, which comes at an additional cost, unfortunately did not meet expectations and felt below average for the price. One of the highlights was the Rum Cave experience. The tasting, including the food and rum, was outstanding. Karla made it even better with her energy and knowledge and it ended up being one of the most memorable parts of our stay. The shuttle to the beach was a great touch and the beach itself was absolutely standout. Peaceful, relaxing, crystal clear water, with free water sports and beverages included. The only real downside was a noticeable sewage smell coming from the docks at times, especially around dining areas, which took away from the experience. Overall, we had a great time driven by the amazing staff, comfortable accommodations, standout beach, and a few memorable experiences. With improved food consistency and addressing the odor, this could easily be top tier."

"This was our favorite place to stay among 3 in St. Lucia. Would definitely return if we could. Only downside was the onsite restaurant, of which I'm not sure how much the hosts are involved with. One night for dinner I asked what the special Marigot Bay 2 for 1 drink was and the server said: "I don't know." Then, for our last breakfast I ordered French toast and, while beautiful on the outside, the inside was an absolute soupy mess. However, I'm sure with time the hosts will keep trying to improve this special chill property, including the restaurant and a planned-for bar."

John from the chocolate-making tour was incredibly welcoming, Marguerite at reception made sure we had everything we needed, and Henrietta was always present at the right time checking in and answering every question. "Room was very comfortable and clean. Bed was great, air conditioning worked great. Wi-Fi was just OK. My only complaints were that there was very loud music coming from the neighbors on a Saturday night when I stayed there, and the road to the property from the main road isn't the greatest."

"In the pic looks lovely with petals on the bed when we asked about the petals we was told they were for a photo shoot also we asked for a safe for our valuables we was told there is no safe cos no one is coming there. The directions from town was very misleading it was miles from town the lady host was not helpful at all .she had the cheek to ask me for 160 dollars government' tax which i refused. We stayed one night out of 5 did not get any refund at all loss $12.000 the lady had a very bad attitude. The area was rubbish so was the accommodation. If you like rude people stay there AVOID THIS PLACE "
