During the stay, irregularities arose relating to the organization and oversight of the premises. These included confusion regarding operational management, inconsistencies surrounding the availability of the reserved accommodation, and a lack of clear communication regarding guest arrangements. The accommodation originally reserved was not available for the full duration anticipated, resulting in temporary arrangements prior to an adjustment being made later in the reservation period. Additional concern arose regarding guest privacy and the safeguarding of personal belongings. Communication was made regarding a personal item believed to have been left behind after departure. Despite reasonable inquiry, no response or resolution was provided regarding its recovery. "The staff disregarded an 80 year old person and made climb to third floor when checking in Food was mediocre at best and took forever to get served The promised premium alcohol was not available during our stay The best restaurant was not part of all inclusive and had to be paid for This is second Zoetry resort that was awful I would never recommend this resort"

"Beautiful view. Staff is very nice. The beach is very private and beautiful. You have to take a ferry to get to the property which runs all day and is only a 2 minute ride. Overall it is paradise and I would high recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful vacation without too many people around."

"Room was clean. Reception was friendly and polite. Breakfast was very good but rarely on time. Be aware that there are lots of steps. Water pressure was poor. Hot water in the shower was hit and miss. Pool was small but clean and refreshing. No restaurants nearby by if you choose to not eat at their facility. The view from our room was wonderful. The Spice Suites is located in a rather “slummy” area. It is fenced in and secure though."

"We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The Condo was spotless and well maintained. the bed and pillows were fantastic, we slept amazing. It was quiet and relaxing. Our Beautiful Hostess Greeted us upon arrival and made sure we got settled in and had everything we needed. she was easily accessible and helped with any arrangements we needed. We absolutely adore Kayla and have a newfound Friend! We are looking forward to seeing her again! And enjoy staying again. Absolutely can't say how happy we were with our service,"
