"The hotel and room itself was good. There was no issues with our room or the location however, we showed up and immediately was told we needed wristbands for safety concerns. No biggie, we figured it was common at large resorts. What is ridiculous, is these wristbands costed $25 and were only needed for anyone between 10 and 32 years old. What was even more annoying was if we wanted to use credit card to pay for these wristbands it would actually be closer to $30 or $35 - none of this was listed in the booking. Then after we paid $125 for our 5 wrist bands (in cash) we were told we could only have 1 parking pass and the other car would have to be in public parking which is halfway down the island. We asked if we could pay for another pass and they said no. - once again. This was not mentioned in the listing. Another annoyance of the stay was our towel situation. We had 5 adults in the room, and are staying at a place with a beach, and 3 pools. I figured the place would have some sort of beach/pool towels… nope. So when asked if we could have additional towels to take to the beach we were told our room did not qualify to get more towels because we had a washer/dryer in the room. WHAT. That makes no sense, I understand that there is a washer dryer and it would be convenient for the hotel but come on. We would need to take our sandy towels back to our room, run an hour cycle (at least) and then once the clean towels are done, then take a shower. That’s just ridiculous. "

"Beach view is great and I love the easy access to the beach. However, the cleaning staff missed to clean the sofa bed. When I extended the sofa bed, it was very sandy. I called the front desk and was told someone will change it but no one came so I went to the front desk to get a new bedsheet myself so my son can sleep. The shower is not working properly too. They need to fix that for the next user. I addressed these issues to the front desk but did not even offer something for the inconveniences that we encounter. Not worth the money I paid for."

"Rooms were big and had very cold ACs. The property could use a little remodeling. There was no place for breakfast or coffee in the morning but I think this was because it was the start of Spring Break. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a McDonalds a block away for breakfast"

"When we arrived to Sunchase IV the staff was very welcoming and informative. Any time I called the front desk they were very helpful and cheerful. The condo was clean. We were looking for a place to stay that had a full kitchen condo. That is why we chose this place. The picture for the condo was not the place we stayed at that was very deceiving when we checked out our place. There was no beach view. Our condo looked into the parking lot. We could see the water on the other side of the island but that does not count. The living room and kitchen were very modern and beautiful. There was plenty of drawer space and bathroom cabinets had room to put our things. Shower was fine but the hanging metal shower organizer was rusty. There was a big black spot in the carpet in the loft. We enjoyed both pools! The pool towels were not satisfactory since they were too short and were old and shredded on the ends. The condo carpeting was dated and worn. The closet was stuffed with so many items we could not hang our clothes. It is really meant for 2 people than 4. There is a single chair and sofa in the living room. It would have been nice to have a love seat instead of the weird looking chair. From the outside you could see the railings had not been kept up since they were rusty looking. "
