"The Stones is a really nice, clean hotel with plenty to offer. Breakfast has a great variety, and the pool is huge, warm (perfect if you’re not a fan of cold pools), and nicely shaded in the afternoon. Because the resort is so spacious, it never feels crowded and you can usually find a sun lounge without any issue. The pool bar also has a good selection. It’s quite popular with younger families, it was school holidays so I guess it's expected. But the layout means it still feels relaxed and not overly busy. There are plenty of beach bars directly across the road, which makes it easy to head out in the evening for sunset drinks. Cons: Food and drinks within the hotel are on the expensive side. The front section of the property also feels a bit run-down and unused, with several closed and empty areas — although this seems fairly common in parts of Legian. The location isn’t particularly central, so getting anywhere requires a decent walk or a taxi. For families, especially, return trips can get pricey due to traffic and one-way streets. Bikes are definitely the easiest way to get around."

"Overall good. Did not get the ajoining rooms or single beds that we booked. So our kids were not next to us. Need to do better than this for family bookings. Recommend drinks on the beach as they serve warm beer at the pool. "

"The property is well maintained. Room was super clean and daily room cleaning is a nice thing to have. Breakfast buffet was awesome and had lots of options to choose from. Most importantly the staff was lovely and very friendly. Location is also great, near to beach where you can either walk or take the hotel shuttle. All in all the stay was incredible at Courtyard."

"We managed to score an amazing deal during school holidays so was thinking maybe it was too good to be true but no we were super impressed with the Hard Rock Hotel. Room was clean and spacious. We loved the pool area where they had so many activities for kids but also areas adults could chill. Happy hour cocktails and mocktails plus super friendly staff. We were doing an anniversary celebration plus our son’s 14th birthday and the hotel went above and beyond with a cake for each celebration aswell as singing happy birthday to him. Would definitely recommend and stay again - thanks for a great holiday! "

"Super nice food and good pool facility "

"This is a cute and quirky property where the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We were only able to stay a couple of nights, and were out all day, so didn't really get to explore everything the hotel has to offer. Breakfast buffet had a reasonable range of options to suit both European and Asian tastes, pool table in the lobby was an added bonus, airport transfers by the hotel driver were efficient. We were able to leave our luggage securely after check out as we didn't need to go to the airport straight away. Bottled water as such is not provided, but there is a large water cooler on the landing where you can refill the pitchers left in each room for this purpose. Of course you can refill your own water bottles too. Tea and coffee making facilities are also provided, but we didn't actually use these."
