"This is a lovely hotel and in a great location for the M&S Arena and Liverpool City Centre. Almost everything about the hotel was great but the check in was not, our room wasn't ready even though we were there after the check in time, apparently unless you check in online beforehand this isn't guaranteed so that would be my top tip for you! As we had a restaurant booked we had to leave our bags and get ready in the disabled toilets of the hotel reception - not ideal even though they were big enough and very clean. "

"Arrived to find a customer at reception complaining at checkout !! Filled me with dread as I had booked this for my partners 60 th before flying onto Newyork . We had a superb stay ! Staff were exceptional , friendly & attentive And breakfast was just delicious 😍😍😍 10/10 Loved the quirkiness 👌"

"Breakfast - not courteous staff - I was in at 9.15am - no coffee, no hash brown and when asked they have finished for the day- I am aware that they close at 9.30am but the service level is worst I have seen in any restaurant. "

"Check in was smooth and friendly. Upon entering the room you could feel the coolness is the air con conditioning, the was super clean and smelt fresh. We used the swimming pool and jacuzzi, area was clean and tidy. Overall we had a great stay and will be back. "
