Started off great KIM was so friendly and helpful and so nice went downhill from there.
Got an unusual note that my wife’s makeup was on a hand towel and it was used as a mat , 40k fine
I washed it for them and this was accepted ! Was really odd, most hotels have complimentary small water but no asked for another 40k , KIM should be the manager as she had the perfect attitude
The spa was awesome and great service! So worth paying a little more than the street ones , well trained and quiet place , Highly recommend
