"Really well run hotel, great breakfast choice and in a good central location. The whole hotel seemed to be full of Russian visitors, so if you want a sun lounger on the beach, best get up as the birds start singing !!! Very limited beach front for the size of this large hotel. "

"This was a work trip for ne so room service or Grab was usually my dinner. Room service staff remember that I worked overnight and would bring me milk for my cofee and ice without even requesting. Room cleaning was hit or miss. One day my dinner plate stayed in the hallway until the next day."

"The room was not totally clean but it was very negligible. Cleaning staff was good but I'm not expecting much since it's not really a hotel. I have it 4 stars because the elevator situation is horrible. During peek hours I would either wait 20-30 mins to go down ot bite the bullet and take the elevator going up to the 39th floor just to go down. Expect to be in an hot and humid elevator if you choose that route. Rooms was nice and location was great. This is my 2nd time staying here and will continue. "
