Bad swimming pool and gym. No view.

The room had no view. The hotel is located in a small alley and very difficult to drive in with mid-size car (7-seats). The location is though very central and just a short walk to the beach area and restaurants nearby. One thing is problematic is that this hotel also accommodate apartment owner and they use the same elevators (3x of them) and it is always crowded and slow. Swimming pool was the worst we have seen for a 4-star hotel. It was dirty and very very small. Maybe 4-5 kids inside and you feel already crowded. The gym is also poor. Dirty and no aircondition. Probably the worst I have seen.

Would highly recommend Maple Hotel and Apartment. We stayed in the apartment and the room was enormous with a great view, with a kitchen and a washing machine for a very affordable price. Located both near the beach and also near the city centre so you can get a bit of everything. Breakfast was very good as well.

good staffs

The location of the hotel is so good that it's good to go to the conveniences or the beach, there are many restaurants around, and there is a big shopping mall within 5 to 10 minutes on foot. The breakfast was so good, lastly, the staffs in the hotel are humble and kind. in addition, as times go, so does the hotel.

There was no AC in the lobby when we first entered in. The location was also tucked in a small alleyway so we couldn’t access it with the van we were riding. Rooms were average but the AC worked well. The TV was working but with a lot of static.
