Highly recommend. Our suite balcony room has great view of Nha Trang on 2 sides of the room. Room is very clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffets are good. We will book this hotel again.

The hotel is located close to the beach bars, Lousiane Brewhouse. I had the Comodo Seaview Suite and the view was breathtaking during the day and night. Would recommend staying here again.

The hotel was much better when I stayed there 2 1/2 years ago. Now it’s too crowded and less clean. The bathroom allows shower water to overflow the floor. TV does not work. Reception staff did excellent work but general hotel management needs inprovement.

This hotel is in a good location across from the beach. The breakfast buffet was good had many varieties to choose from. I gave 3 stars because several cockroaches were found in my room. One was found in my makeup bag.

Stayed in Comodo Suite, seaview room for 3 nights. I was very impressed with the wonderful view. The breakfast was okay, and above all, it was really nice that the front desk staff responded so kindly to tour reservations and inquiries. Special thanks to Mina and Helen. I plan to stay at this hotel on my next visit. I hope to see you again when I visit Nha Trang again.

We stayed at the super grand suite o n the 26th floor. Beautiful panoramic view of the beach and ocean. A bit noisy due to close proximity to a club across the street that has live music every night. Doors and windows could be more sound-proof. Room is spacious and clean. Staff speak English and were very nice, courteous and helpful. Breakfast buffet is good. Beautiful pool. Too many Chinese tourists. Not enough elevators to accommodate hotel guests. Avoid going to breakfast between 8- 8:30 due to too many rude guests. Common areas such as hall ways and elevators are not air conditioned. Very good WiFi.

The reception desk was very busy and not well organized. Thus the check out procedure was very slow without any apologies. When it came to my turn, they even claimed me to pay 20,000 dong for mini-bar use even though I said 'No Use'. After the re-confirmation, they said 'it is OK'. It took another 5~10 minutes. I still can not understand how they did not believe what I the Orbitz guest said.

Location along the beach was good. The big window facing the beach was great as well. However, it went down hill from there. We booked a 3 adult suite and the check in staff told us there was only one king bed. We have to pay extra for an extra bed. We have to argue about already paid extra for the third adult staying, where did that extra third person fee go? Eventually they added the extra bed for free. This is the first time in my 20 years of traveling this happened. When came into the room, the room is clearly setup for 2 person only despite booked for 3. With only 2 of everything - towels, shampoo, toothbrushs, drinking glasses, and NOTED only 2 pair of slippers. The staff were quick to coming to setup the extra bed and extra amenities but without the extra pair of slippers. I figured it was not a big deal as I had my own thongs so did not mention it. At the time of checking out, surprise surprise, the staff said one pair of slippers were missing!!! Firstly the slippers were the low quality paper slippers which were normally single use only. That’s why I did not bothered to mention about the missing third pair when we checked in. Secondly I am really surprised that they checked for these supposedly single used paper slippers. I hope they have not been reusing them. After informing them that we never had the third pair of slippers and I had video evidence of the room amenities only setup for 2 person only at the beginning, the staff noted it done and returned our deposit
