Highly recommend. Our suite balcony room has great view of Nha Trang on 2 sides of the room. Room is very clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffets are good. We will book this hotel again.

*** Modern designed hotel, yet it is dated. *** Def time to remodel interior and clean exterior. That said, its value proposition is a still winner. Hard to find better priced high-rise near beach. Lousiane brewhouse across the street is directly on the beach, and serves good drinks and food. Many other options 1km either way along beach. *** Comodo is a solid 3-star, 27-floor hotel. ***

Our room was wonderful: clean, spacious, cool, and with incredible view of the ocean. We didn't use the windowside soaker tub (it was in clear view of the rooms in the next door hotel), but at least it had blinds that could be dropped to the floor. We were surprised by the continually wet elevator floors. We bought a couple beer to go at the lobby bar and wanted them charged to the room. The person there didn't know what to do - so another person came and escorted us up to the 4th floor to put them on our room. Seems there could be a smoother way to do this. We also tried to communicate through Expedia and through the hotel site, and did not receive responses. They had initially said they would decorate our room for our anniversary, but when we got to our room, this hadn't happened. We were fine without the decorations but wished they didn't say one thing, then not do it. Nha Trang, we discovered, is a huge destination for Russian vacationers. So much so, that most of the signs and menus are in Russian as well as Vietnamese. While the Russians we connected with were friendly as most tourists are, we felt like we would have preferred to be in a town that was more Vietnamese than Russian. Overall we enjoyed our room, the view, and it's proximity to the ocean.

The hotel is located close to the beach bars, Lousiane Brewhouse. I had the Comodo Seaview Suite and the view was breathtaking during the day and night. Would recommend staying here again.

Stayed in Comodo Suite, seaview room for 3 nights. I was very impressed with the wonderful view. The breakfast was okay, and above all, it was really nice that the front desk staff responded so kindly to tour reservations and inquiries. Special thanks to Mina and Helen. I plan to stay at this hotel on my next visit. I hope to see you again when I visit Nha Trang again.

The hotel was much better when I stayed there 2 1/2 years ago. Now it’s too crowded and less clean. The bathroom allows shower water to overflow the floor. TV does not work. Reception staff did excellent work but general hotel management needs inprovement.

We stayed at the super grand suite o n the 26th floor. Beautiful panoramic view of the beach and ocean. A bit noisy due to close proximity to a club across the street that has live music every night. Doors and windows could be more sound-proof. Room is spacious and clean. Staff speak English and were very nice, courteous and helpful. Breakfast buffet is good. Beautiful pool. Too many Chinese tourists. Not enough elevators to accommodate hotel guests. Avoid going to breakfast between 8- 8:30 due to too many rude guests. Common areas such as hall ways and elevators are not air conditioned. Very good WiFi.

The reception desk was very busy and not well organized. Thus the check out procedure was very slow without any apologies. When it came to my turn, they even claimed me to pay 20,000 dong for mini-bar use even though I said 'No Use'. After the re-confirmation, they said 'it is OK'. It took another 5~10 minutes. I still can not understand how they did not believe what I the Orbitz guest said.

Location along the beach was good. The big window facing the beach was great as well. However, it went down hill from there. We booked a 3 adult suite and the check in staff told us there was only one king bed. We have to pay extra for an extra bed. We have to argue about already paid extra for the third adult staying, where did that extra third person fee go? Eventually they added the extra bed for free. This is the first time in my 20 years of traveling this happened. When came into the room, the room is clearly setup for 2 person only despite booked for 3. With only 2 of everything - towels, shampoo, toothbrushs, drinking glasses, and NOTED only 2 pair of slippers. The staff were quick to coming to setup the extra bed and extra amenities but without the extra pair of slippers. I figured it was not a big deal as I had my own thongs so did not mention it. At the time of checking out, surprise surprise, the staff said one pair of slippers were missing!!! Firstly the slippers were the low quality paper slippers which were normally single use only. That’s why I did not bothered to mention about the missing third pair when we checked in. Secondly I am really surprised that they checked for these supposedly single used paper slippers. I hope they have not been reusing them. After informing them that we never had the third pair of slippers and I had video evidence of the room amenities only setup for 2 person only at the beginning, the staff noted it done and returned our deposit

Trước khi book bất kỳ chỗ nghỉ nào mình cũng đọc review trên agoda khá kĩ. Đến Comodo vấn đề được khách nhắc tới nhiều nhất là trang thiết bị và sự sạch sẽ trong phòng. Khăn tắm không những dơ còn bị thủng. Thấy reviews nào của khách, khách sạn cũng phản hồi rất tận tâm và lắng nghe. Mình nghĩ khi mình đến chắc chắn các vấn đề mà khách hay phàn nàn đã được giải quyết. Nhưng không nhé các bạn. Có lẽ đó là các phản hồi tự động chăng? Hay quản lý đọc xong rồi thấy đó không phải là vấn đề??? Khi mình nhận phòng, bồn tắm còn có cả lông/ tóc của khách hàng trước để lại. Khăn tắm dơ cũ và thủng, y như các review của khách hàng khác mà mình đã đọc trên agoda. Tệ hơn nữa khi check in, xuống taxi không có 1 bellman nào ra bên giùm hành lý, và ông xã mình phải bê hành lý trèo lên các bậc thang, không có chỗ kéo hành lý lên sảnh?? Khi check out, mình có hỏi lễ tân cách gọi taxi. Do điểm tới của mình gần nên lễ tân bảo sẽ khó gọi taxi. Rồi bé đó bảo chị chờ để em xem cho. Mình nghĩ rằng bé đó hẳn đang suy nghĩ để tìm cách book taxi hộ, nhưng không hề. Đến khi gặp 1 bạn bellman trẻ, em ấy bảo mình chị nên book qua grap, sẽ có khả năng có người nhận chở chị đi. Thật cảm ơn lời khuyên đó! Mình không rõ khách sạn này là khách sạn mấy sao? Nếu là 5 sao thì nên đổi lại toàn bộ từ quản lý đến nhân viên. Chưa từng ở khách sạn 5 sao nào mà dịch vụ tệ như vầy. Cần đào tạo lại tất cả đội ngũ nhân viên. Nên cho họ đến học việc ở những khách sạn 5 sao chuẩn chỉnh và chuyên nghiệp khác.
