The Ville Resort - Casino
Tv was not 50", 32" in living room and missing from bedroom, mold on bathroom tiles, door broken on tumble dryer, only 1 key issued, couch was well past sell by date could feel springs when seated,

Grand Hotel and Apartments Townsville
Very small balcony with a large tree encroaching on it. Pool didn’t have a hand rail to support elderly or disabled people to get in or out. Fire alarm went off twice in one day. Rooms were clean but doors were in need of repair.
