"Stayed on 5 floor 533 problem with thermostat no control , bed was great tv didn’t have any streaming sites . Hotel alarm went off at 10 pm bc some selfness guest was smoking in their room . Not cool hope the guest got charged. Hotel restaurant had good food. Cobb salad excellent. After the alarm going off I will maybe get a BB next time ."

The location and overall service standards were truly impressive. However, my experience at the front desk was disappointing. One of the front office guy came across as unwelcoming and uninterested.
