"Clean, comfortable stay! Within walking distance of two malls. Staff did a good job making the exterior and lobby welcoming and attractive. Some portions of the property are still being updated, but our room on the 4th floor was modern and even had a balcony."

"Overall, I had a great stay at this Best Western, and was surprised to see it was recently renovated, as the pictures on Hotels dot com were before renovation. I visit the area a few times a year, to visit Six Flags, and this was my first time staying here. I booked the day of my stay and the room was a great value for a last second booking! I checked in after 9pm, the woman at the desk was very friendly, asked if it was my first time there, and provided information on the amenities. They honored my request for a top floor room, on the 4th floor, and I had room 415 which was right off the elevator in the front corner, with no neighboring rooms. It was very quiet although I could hear minor road noise in morning. I was pleasantly surprised to see the room and hotel were renovated, my room had new carpeting, lamps, headboards on beds, and while the room is a bit cramped, with low ceiling in bathroom area, it was overall clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed! It was a 2 double. The staff were friendly and would greet you in hallways. My only minor issue was at breakfast, the delicious yogurt machine/dispenser was running very low. There was a male employee who popped in twice while I was there but didn't seem to check items with guests having to ask to refill things. Sadly no yogurt was added. The eggs weren't great, but other options were fine, and I liked the peach juice! I noticed they have an abandoned outdoor pool and hope that can be restored/reopened!"

"The property was fine and it is very convenient to the highway. It also worked in our favor that it shared a parking lot with the Basketball Hall of Fame. The only downside is that you can hear the next room through the bathroom vent. It was a bit uncomfortable as the person in the next room was making all kinds of noises and I wasn't sure if I should notify the front desk in the event they were having a health issue."
