"The reception staff were helpful, the room is very spacious and clean and not to forget we had nice hot breakfast. We stayed for one night for the concert in Lighthouse which took us five minutes to walk back to the hotel and it’s near to town centre and train station. It’s an excellent location for all the facilities that we need."

"The food served at the bar was nice, the restaurant was closed during the day! However the service dad left to be desired. The kids menu has a melon starter which is basically three thin slices. That took 30min to come out. The mains had fallowed 30min after that. And by the time deserts had come out my children had given up on desert. Which I guess it’s a blessing. Don’t order food if you are in a rush, the town has far quicker options."

"It was like faulty towers and everyone else said so too so wasn’t just me. Whatever cd go wrong did all the time. I’m exhausted and need a holiday to get over such a nightmare. My mother left a day early. I wd hv done too but was visiting my son."
