Confusing instructions on Hotels.com re. parking which ask you to phone and reserve and when I rang the hotel, they told me we don't have to ring and reserve parking, just turn up. A bit difficult to know here the Ibis car park is and how to get into it, as there is a ground floor open air one and then a basement one which both look a bit narrow to get into.
