Quiet, well located property convenient to all part of town. The staff was happy and helpful. Breakfast was the best we had in two weeks travelling the Loire Valley. Our room was well-appointed and seemed very new. Recommend without qualification.

Brand new, clean, comfortable, ideally located in the capital city of the Loire valley, convenient to many chateaux, very friendly staff and spa with pool, dry sauna and steam sauna. Everything was perfect. We would definitely stay there again.

Disappointing stay in a beautiful hotel

The hotel was beautiful and in a great location. However A/C was not working. We addressed it with the front desk after our 1st night and they reassured us it would be fixed and setting adjusted so we could control it with a thermostat in our room. When we came to our room the 2nd evening the room was cool. But shortly after the air condition tuned off and the temperature rose to 25.6 degrees Celsius / 80F. We tried ti reach out to the front desk but were unable to, because the front desk is unstaffed from 11pm till 7am. Five star hotel should have functioning climate control and staff available to assist at all times

It was fabulous property right in the centre of town but easily found. Parking just nearby and very secure. Staff were excellent There’s a great variety of restaurants just 5 mins away ands great enclosed food market across the street too! It was a real gem five star for sure A great end to our trip back to Cherbourg for the boat home again
