"This hotel is absolutely stunning, with beautiful views (when the weather allows). The rooms are extremely luxurious. We stayed in an Executive Suite, and it was one of the best rooms we’ve ever experienced. The breakfast was also incredible. The hotel is a bit far from the main town, but getting around is easy. Grab drivers can pick you up right from the hotel, and the hotel also offers shuttles. Our only feedback is around housekeeping. The room wasn’t cleaned to the standard we expected, and even the bed wasn’t properly made after we left for the day. For a hotel of this level, we expected better room service. Aside from that, everything else was amazing and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend it."

"I cannot say enough that is good about this hotel. The owner was so helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent and when we needed to book for activities or travel he found better deals for us. The room was impeccable and the staff top notch. I don’t give reviews like this very often but I mean every word. "

"Absolutely exceptional - cannot criticise a single thing about this place, particularly given how good value it is. Everything is modern, new and clean, and very comfortable. Good location, just a short walk to the main tourist places. A special thank you goes to the manager Anna, who let me take a shower before my sleeper train after I’d checked out and had spent the day trekking. Extremely kind, and much appreciated."
