"Este hotel una muy mala experiencia no tiene aire acondicionado, me dieron un ventilador para 2 noches, traté de hacer una cancelación y no me quisieron devolver nada, la intalacion antigua, el staff con una actitud horrible, la áreas comunes con un calor insoportable, son cerradas y sin aire acondicionado , la habitación sucia, se escucha todo los ruidos de la habitación vecina, los colchones incómodos lo único que tiene bonito es la vista a la playa "

"We stayed here for 5 days in April, Hotel is perfect for a quiet holiday just south of the old town in Benidorm. The hotel grounds are perfect and you could be anywhere in the world when laid by the pool. Breakfast included was great with plenty of choice. Only 5 minutes from the beach and the old town."

"Fabulous hotel, staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean and new and fresh. We had a premium room which gave a lot of extra space. Loved the rooftop bar with great views. Location for the old town excellent And we Would definitely stay again."

"So we booked online room only. The hotel itself is lovely very clean and well maintained and the room was suitable for our 3 night stay. The room had twin beds, shower, toilet, safe, TV, fridge and kettle and a very small balcony not big enough to sit in. The view isnt good you basically look out onto an alley (see photo) with a poor sea view. Towels were chabged every day and needs made up etc. Check in was easy. The lady on the desk did her best to upsell to us. This is where there is a big negative for the hotel. The lady upselled us breakfast saying it was usually €9.50 but on offer at €8 per person and promised English bacon and sausage etc. We paid and looked forward to it. However the breakfast was diabolical. It was served 7 til 11 we went at 10. Nothing left cereals run out, dry bread, coffee machine broken and the sausages well they were disgusting. No bacon. Everything was stone cold too. Went second day at 8.30am and no different it was not worth the money place next door does full engkish for less than €6. So don't get breakfast. Other than that the hotel is lovely and what is needed forna short stay."

"I stayed at the Gran Bali hotel to attend The Alocubano Salsa event, that was being held there. The hotel was good, my room was a twin which i was unsure about on arrival as the room was very warm. Once the aircon was adjusted i enjoyed my stay. My room was clean and very spacious being the end room i also had huge window space and amazing views. The staff were helpful, i had asked the reception to send maintenance to investigate a bird noises i thought were in aircon unit. The engineer came to the room within an hour. I had booked a full board stay, the food was adequate, some nights better than others. There always plenty to eat, and a fair amount of choice if youre vegetarian or a meat eater. Im not vegan so im not sure if that was good. The hotel was big, the lifts were always in use but slow cause the amount of ppl staying. "
