"I stayed at the Gran Bali hotel to attend The Alocubano Salsa event, that was being held there. The hotel was good, my room was a twin which i was unsure about on arrival as the room was very warm. Once the aircon was adjusted i enjoyed my stay. My room was clean and very spacious being the end room i also had huge window space and amazing views. The staff were helpful, i had asked the reception to send maintenance to investigate a bird noises i thought were in aircon unit. The engineer came to the room within an hour. I had booked a full board stay, the food was adequate, some nights better than others. There always plenty to eat, and a fair amount of choice if youre vegetarian or a meat eater. Im not vegan so im not sure if that was good. The hotel was big, the lifts were always in use but slow cause the amount of ppl staying. "

"TV antenna not working. Cooked breakfast very limited, only bacon and chopped up sausages. Rest of the food was good quality if you like continental breakfast"

"Our 1 night stay was perfect. The view from the room was amazing and the room itself was spacious and clean. Although the hotel is little further to walk from the Old Town, it’s worth it as there are some lovely bars & cafes along the route. A special mention to the guy on reception who was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I’d recommend to anyone, it’s lovely"

"Reservation made 12 ago and specifically asked for a quiet room- given a room above school with kids shouting. They allocated me after argument to a mother room opposite a wall no view or light but a quiet so I agreed. The next day I have put the cleaning sing on door and left for a day trip - returned 5 pm and I was the only room that has end been cleaned - terrible attitude. Hotel is well located on beach and breakfast was good "

"We loved our stay here and are already talking about when we can return. The apartment was spotless. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. The staff were friendly and helpful.. We usually walked to the old town but there is a bus close by that you can catch if you want. Would highly recommend"
