Property listing is not at all accurate including the address. When you put the address on GPS, it takes you to a different apartment property. We had to call the agent because the code did not work but got lucky that the cleaning crew appeared at the wrong address and took us to the right place.
Amenities listed are not in the apartment. There is no microwave or dishwasher. We had a week long stay and had specifically booked this place for its amenities. So it was a huge inconvenience! Washer/dryer is not in the unit and outside and commonly used by other residents. The dryer went on for 3 hours and clothes came out wet. The other dryer is being used as storage ??
Bathroom and bedroom are very tiny so probably not good for more than 2 people. The bathroom got clogged and water leaked out on the floor. There is no outlet for water so water puddled all night until the cleaning crew came in next morning. After cleaning, the crew left the wet towels on the floor. This apartment is not worth the price. The only good thing is the location and its proximity to the harbor and all else including restaurants. It is all walking distance. There is no view if that’s what you care for. We did not use parking.
