We dined under the trees and loved the menu which is interesting, both traditional and creative…well executed and presented. The staff was attentive and professional. All for a very fair price! The spa is so lovely and relaxing, and reasonably priced. Breakfast spread is lovely and served fairly late into the morning. Walkable to multiple delicious restaurants nearby. "The Hotel Staff, Property and Amenities are a true 5 Star Experience. Our room was magnificent. The over 15 foot vaulted ceilings and period furnishings in a fully renovated 15th Century Monastery made for an enchanting and romantic stay. The breakfast was à la carte and delicious. The fine dining experience was superb. The entire staff from the manager, Flavia to the front desk Eleanore, Mateo, Anna and the 2 Federico’s to the Restaurant staff, Alessandro and Orlando and the bartender staff Julio and Claudio were all excellent. And the other staff, unfortunately I cannot recall all of there names. They were all so gracious, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend this Hotel."

"We had a lovely 3 night stay The pool area is just what’s needed to cool off in the afternoon The staff are friendly and helpful, it feels family run and they try to help wherever possible We walked into the old town from the hotel, it’s a steep walk uphill but if you have trouble walking I would recommend a vehicle The surrounding area is stunning Breakfast was good with options of hot and cold The bedroom was very clean, the bed was a little firm for my preference Highly Recommended"
