"The best thing about the hotel is the air conditioning. When the weather was 76° F , i always came back in the hotel, turned on the air conditioning and the room started to cool down. The staff was helpful about how to find my room and is always welcoming whenever i pass by them. Its also close to a train stop, so you can literally just leave the hotel and explore Rome in a matter of seconds!"

"We missed the breakfast because we were jetlagged. The honey scented amenities were very nice. The beds were comfortable. Overall good experience but not exceptional. It was overpriced for the experience. But it was in a good location. The status on Expedia said we would have a complimentary drink per adult guest but that was not offered. Kettle in room did not work, neither did the outlet to charge our phone. Also we tried calling the front desk for room service, no one picked up. Overall I would not pay this price again for this experience. It was average at best. "

"Great location. The hotel is very laxking in any ammenities. It is an office floor in a commercial building that were refurbished cheaply to be a "hotel". Not family friendly. Very Very Very uncomfortable bed, hard and knotty. We didnt have Wifi for almost half a day. There is no privacy, you can hear EVERYTHING from all the other rooms. For the price I would recommend another hotel"

"The staff are very helpful at all times and the hotel has a very nice traditional vibe to it. Breakfast selection sets you up nicely for the day and the location is right next to the central station making it easy for getting to and from the airport whilst also being a short metro ride / walking distance from the attractions. "The staff was amazing, specially Luccrecia. The room were small but very clean and new. The only thing that would have made it excellent if the bar had some food items at night. But even though they didn’t the staff warmed us some flat bread so we will not go to bed hungry. "

"Pleasant enough, but I felt it was quite pricey for what you get. Be mindful to check when the pool is available, I opted to stay here and pay a little more because they had a pool but it wasn't accessible early April (and typically when we went, there was a heatwave so it would have been nice). Hairdryer kept cutting out when you used the hotter setting, lift broke down 2/4 days we were there. The complementary toiletries could have been a better quality. But all that said, location is perfect for access to metro and buses, not to mention one of the main attractions, the coloseum, the staff are friendly enough and the cleanliness was good enough to keep someone like me who has OCD happy. Also staff tried to shuffle things round to locate the two rooms we booked, close together."
