"The room wasn’t ready until night. The couch bed didn’t look clean and very weak. Breakfast was great. Good location and quiet neighborhood. All staffs were very nice except the African American guy who was working late at night (after 11pm) on Friday, 5/17. When I went to the front desk to report about the gas smell around the building, he immediately got upset and kept saying nothing we could do. He said “What do you want me to do? "The staff is great, no problems there but the property is in need of upgrades and updating. As well, the hotel needs to be cleaner, there is dust and dirt along the walkways and in the elevator. Overall, the hotel feels safe and secure but isn't as clean as it should be. I'd stay there again because the price was better than most in the area and felt secure but it could be cleaner. "
